If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged item, we are happy to assist you with a **store credit** or **exchange**. Please read the details below for our Exchange, Return, and Refund policy.

### **Return & Exchange**

- **Return Window:**
Returns must be initiated within **2 days** from the date of delivery.

- **Eligibility for Returns:**
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be **new, unused**, and in its **original condition**.
- All **tags, labels**, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- The item should show **no signs of tampering or wear**.

- **Exchanges:**
If you wish to exchange your item, it can be exchanged for an item of the **same value or higher**. In the case of a higher-priced exchange, you will be required to pay the price difference.

- **Partial Returns:** You may return or exchange one or more items from your order. However, **garment sets** must be returned as a whole; partial returns of sets are not allowed.

### **Return Process**

1. **Initiate a Return:**

2. **Return Shipping:**
- After confirmation, you can either **ship the item back** to us or we can arrange for a **pickup** from your address through our delivery partner. You will receive further instructions via email.

- Please note that **orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD)** are not eligible for returns.

### **Refunds**

- **Refund Processing:**
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow **7-10 business days** for the refund to be completed. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

- **Refund Methods:**
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- **For online payments**, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- **For exchanges**, if the new item is of equal or higher value, the exchange will be processed accordingly (with payment for the price difference, if applicable).

- **Refund Eligibility:**
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- **Wrong size delivered**
- **Item not received**
- **Incorrect item delivered**

- **No Refunds for:**
- Worn or washed items (with visible signs of use)
- Items returned in damaged or altered condition

- **Defective or Damaged Items:**
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us with clear pictures of the damage within **2 days** of receiving the product. We will process a replacement once the issue is approved.

- **COD Orders:**
Please note that **COD orders are not eligible for refunds**.
